Can be for:
1) Friendship,
2) Hobby enthusiast,
3) Companionship,
4) Marriage,
5) Farking.

Further, "local" means?
1) Any female that is in SG?
2) SG/red NRIC only?
3) Born and bred in SG? Not new citizens?
4) Blue NRIC or WP or EP but located in SG per (1)?
