Recently realised my right testis is bigger than the other. Never did any self exam regular but am sure the same size when younger.
No pain. Is it normal?

Ya i read it. But when they say its normal, do they refer to being born with one bigger? How about suddenly one grows bigger?

How big is big? If hernia better go operation fast, sometimes the intestines slip thru the stomach wall and oxygen got cut off. Can dangerous.
