USA's CIA plans to assassinate Bashar Hafez al-Assad and replace him.
Russia's SVR plans to assassinate any USA puppet trying to replace Bashar Hafez al-Assad.
Israel's Mossad plans to keep the status quo, because "When Arabs are busy killing Arabs, they'll be too busy to fire rockets into Israel."
