Looks like the government already bought the Sinovac vaccine but, thanks to netizen's vigilance and outcry, backed down from approving it for use.
Is this another instance of financial mismanagement of the citizen's national reserves?
After the debacle of the undetected clearing of forest, where are the checks and balances in the decision to buy the vaccine?
