I am sure threadstarter meant well, I think we should give people the benefit of the doubt when they are offering something. But when people are expecting something, that's a different ball game.

As an update, if the ThreadStarter is referring to the joint at JW St 41, then sad to note that the shutters are down today as at around 3pm with a "For Rent" sign hung outside their 2nd storey window. I have tried Yang Yang before and it should be the same joint.:(
