When good things happen, PAP is quick to claim credit. When bad things happen, PAP blames it on singaporeans. When Singapore makes money, PAP gives super bonus to itself. When Singapore loses money, PAP increases taxes and levies and compels Singaporeans to pay for the losses. PAP is good at privatising profits and socialising costs. Heads pap wins, tails, Singaporeans lose.
