An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
You want to pay your leaders fairly but never ever overpay them. Otherwise no matter how much they have screwed up they have no shame and never leave or resign. Knowing very well they can never get such compensation elsewhere. Also the more you pay it does mean you get better people.
