Many bros add my points and left a message to say that I help to answer their curiosity why no FLs reply to their SMS message.
Dun bother to sms them if you are not in the "approved" list.

That's why our govt (eg. NTUC) always get our essential supplies from many sources even though you take more from your best supplier in good times.

In crisis times, you can depend on many suppliers to satisfy your needs.
These suppliers will still be able to meet your bottom line demands.

In conclusion, those who only depend on GL during normal times and no FL contacts will have no other means now.

I have a slightly different take. It shouldn't take a crisis to know that you never do business with idiots who can't get their act together and are on a decline. It's folly to invest in a relationship with a business that is on its last legs. You don't waste your money on a barber that is cutting corners and going to fold. And then you have to rebuild your relationship all over again with someone new. I do business with ppl who are improving and want to be around for a long time.

If GL was indeed cheap and good, maybe there would be cause to keep it around as a supplier. The reality is that it is expensive and of poor quality.

You charge a higher price for better rooms and WLs. That's fine. What the GL OKTs offered was shitty rooms and charged a higher price based on NATIONALITY, not QUALITY. They tried to pull wool over our eyes. We pay a higher price for hot and young chicks, who gives a fuck where they are from. The GL OKTs twisted that and made us pay $150 just because the WL with armpit hair is from China. Are PRC cheebyes made of gold? Am I checking into a 5 star hotel?

In addition, we pay to upkeep their pride and inefficiencies. If they only have 1 or 2 WLs each, then for fuck's sake, 5 of them should get together and share a house. Total only 10 girls. If each OKT only has 5 or 6 WLs, then 2 of you can share a house, total only 12 WLs. But they stubbornly hang on to an entire house even when most of the time their rooms outnumber the no. of WLs they have. And this has been going on for more than a decade they still continue. I ain't paying for this shit. It's their right to lose money and customers, it's my right not to support nonsense.

Wasting everyone's time and money scattered all over the place. The car rides inbetween houses are not free.

So, it was a no-brainer. If this crisis helps some people think about how they want to spend their money and who they wish to do business with, that's good. But as they say, you can't teach an old dog new tricks. You all know the story of the boiling frog. Like so many others, I chose to invest in far better options out there long ago. I'm not gloating but really feel no loss if GL doesn't re-open.

This model works last time when the volume is high.
With current dwindling volume, the gals are not coming anymore for $80 per pop.

Re your comment on the OKT’s portion out of the $150 ... I guess you have forgotten that the OKT has to bear the operating cost of running the brothel business. The bulk of the cost would be rental of the shop and utility bill. Majority of the OKT do not own the house except folks like Ah Hwa, Ah Lek, etc. The rental of the house can be from $7k a month to a whopping $12k (or more) a month for a house the size of L2033 perhaps. The rest of the costs would be salary to OKT Asst, OKT domestic helpers, laundry service, beverage and other miscellaneous stuff for maintaining the shop. Folks like Ah Yap @ 1606 is like a partner as he enjoys a cut of the overall earning. Hence 1606 OKT take home profit would be much lesser compared to other houses. OKT like Ah Hwa could afford to offer a larger share of the earning to his WL + freebies as he owned the 2 units in L16 ... Of course the OKT with 10 or more WLs who could garner 8-10 sessions daily could still earn tonnes of monies easily without a doubt during good time ... 🤑

Re your comment on revamping the GL business, there is simply no room for that to happen however commercial focus and/or innovative the OKT concern is ... This is because our government would never allow this kinda business to flourish to begin with. All types of ads are also not permitted as ads is considered a form of solicitation of business ... unlike city like BKK (where the sex trade could account for at least 10% of the country GDP), Sg gov considers this sex industry a taboo business but would still allow it to continue in order to minimize unnecessary anti-social problems so long it is contained, well managed and controlled. 😉

There will always be apologists who fail to catch onto what people are saying. Tends to happen when you spend all day at the shop listening to an OKT tell his sob story.

Let's assume the running costs is $20, 000. If you get 10 WLs, the cost is $2, 000 a month per WL. In the FL, the OKT tends to split the cost of a room 50/50 and the profits accordingly. Which in this example means the WL pays $1000, the OKT pays $1000, they can then split the profits accordingly.

Or to make it simple, each room is $2000 rent including utilities whatever. The WL needs only to pay $1000 per month in costs, and they can decide how to split, 50/50, 40/60, 30/70...there are many options. You can tell the WL you pay me $3000 a month, everything else you keep. You make $1,000 from each room and WL, you already make $10,000 per month. Will she be more motivated? Of course! She knows once she pass the $3000 mark all the money is hers. If you think too little, then take $4000 from each WL. You make $20,000 a month.

But the OKTs are taking a few hundred from the WLs PER DAY. That is what Joker88 is saying. He had ALREADY considered their operating costs, you are slow to catch on.

1. The OKTs have an entire unit but have no WLs. So instead of costs being split by 10 WLs, it now becomes 2 WLs have to bear the cost with the OKT. But this situation is entirely created by the OKT. WTF you rent an entire house when you got only 3 WLs? Want to eat WL and want to eat customer.

2. GL OKTs are indeed greedy, some of them even charge the WLs high rental for their accomodation, and this is seperate from the room to fuck. In fact, it has become so perverse that they are hoping to make money from the room rental more than actually procuring customers. The GL OKTs get as many WLs as possible to collect rental, when they simply do not have the customer base.

So imagine 5 WLs sitting there everyday with no customers walking in. Of course they go back! Who created this problem? The OKT. Not AV.

3. Look at their sitting area. It can accommodate 10-15 customers when at most only have 2 customers sitting there. Boliao.

Joker88 isn't referring to any wild innovation. You don't need to situate your house in a building that is the same as a Bangla's quarters or share your profits with 2 kids. Where the profit should be enjoyed by 1 person, it now has to be split 3 ways. You don't need four people to run a house. Don't say you can't do any better when you're sitting on an inflated wage bill. If business isn't as good as it used to be and can't sustain, get rid of head count. Customers are not fools. You are definately doing something wrong if you need 4 ppl to manage 10 WLs. If this isn't incompetence, I don't know what is. If you have 4 ppl, you better have at least 30 WLs, which is the situation at the 06 grouping. :)

That's the real reason why an OKT can't offer customers any better. Not because of AV. AV didn't ask you to hire your kids and eat into your salary. They can go out and work instead of eating into their dad's salary. You can get by with 1 assistant, most houses do. You want to hire all your family members is your problem.

Where there should be more than sufficient funds to procure better WLs and upgrade the decor to refresh the business, with a lot of cash left over, the funds have been eaten up by the kids with no value add to the customer. Worse, they pissed off your customers, reducing the base. All these got nothing to do with AV control. You are shortchanging customers who have supported you all this while because you need to pay your kids.

Bring 15 WLs over, but 10 WLs no one call and then they go back got nothing to do with AV control.

The most technologically advanced equipment in most shops is the fridge and TV. AV didn't say you cannot use a computer or phone apps to help run your business.

And as I said before, if you really think the reason why you suck is because AV control, you can always go underground and prove your worth. You are an OKT you should be able to figure it out. If not, don't complain AV control you.

I have no problems with Shuai Ge driving a Mercedes when the boss has already spent money on getting reasonably good looking WLs and doing up the place. He and other staff are polite and as for the service of his WLs, no better or worse than the rest. He did what needs to be done for customers. He should be driving a E class no problem but...hope he is well.

I do have a problem with people sitting on an inflated wage bill and using AV as an excuse not to change the decor or furniture for 20 years and getting bakcais.

If a shop has 4 WLs and 7x4=28 customers a day, the OKT cut $2000 a day from them.

OKT Lorna had passive partner(s) who was/were unofficial. This is absolutely not permitted by AV. OKT Lorna actually wanna “retired” (took a passive role) for good and her passive partner(s) also wanna continue. They therefore agreed to let Gordon ran it. So OKT Lorna tried to convince AV to issue a license to Gorden to take over the 1651 business and closed down 2062 on the pretext that she wanna retire but her effort was in vain. AV probably saw thru her plan and hence, terminated her license completely. Now, this is what I call passive partner at play.

A WL who has 5 customers per day for 20 days is $15,000.

$15,000 - $2500 = $12,500 for the OKT and WL to split. Even if you give the WL $10,000 you still keep $2, 500. This is for ONE WL. The point is not about whether AV cares or how OKTs should split the money with WLs.

The point is there is plenty of rope for the OKT to play in terms of the quality of the rooms and the WLs. But they are offering the bare minimum to both customers and WLs. And their excuse is AV.

In FL, they have many promos. GL OKT can do buy 5 get 1 free too. They just need to pay the $ to the WL and forgo their cut. Small matter. Got customer going to complain he don't need to pay?

This. Motivating staff is crucial to any business. Any company in open market needs to push staff to hit higher tier. The more business you procure, the bigger percentage you get. Otherwise who wanna work for you? Reward your top performers and 'punish' the non-performers. But for the privileged GL OKT, they have never actually thought wtf they are doing. And now is too late. No WL coming, want to change also no chance. The result of being in deep sleep for decades.

Because the other 7 to 8 WLs are not pulling their weight and you refuse to knock off $20 for customers for those nobody wants to call, you have to milk the top performer dry.

Assuming I went to look for XXX, obviously not free, right? Then you say take YYY la, I knock off $20 for you. This is called give and take. You make a little bit, I get a bit of discount, ok loh. Everybody wins. I didn't get the WL I want, you didn't collect full but a bit of compromise, deal done.

XXX is the story that all WLs will tell their friends. Work so hard earn so little. You can be sure even more won't come. :)

Don't need to waste your time with apologists who believe whatever the OKT tells them. 95% of what they say is BS. Who own what, why close down, who is shareholder is all hearsay nonsense. All the OKT wayang.

For those GL customers trying out FL for the first time, I'm very confident most will not return to GL150 because the difference in standard is too great. Heaven and hell.

It's going to get very ugly for these sleepy GL150 OKTs when they finally re-open. I won't be surprised another 30% of customers gone forever and transfered to FL. The remaining houses can enjoy the scraps and continue to be cartel. Really, not much ppl will care...except the oldies.

Prostitution is legal in SG.
Pimping and soliciting is illegal.
Commercial sex is legal in SG.

That's why the officers have to look for evidence that she engaged in commercial sex.
The officers will ask you to leave the room and search for many CDs to prove this point.
She will not be jailed becos there is no crime.

3. If you pay and fark a SP who is a foreigner on 14 days tourist visit.
Same as above for you. Commercial sex is legal.

GL does however feel like it has passed its heyday, it has undergone lots of change, from the ML -> PRC, closures of many houses, poor upkeep of houses, and constant rumours of eventual garmen relocation in the pipleline of the houses, and aside from several Ang Pais, in *general* overall service may not be as good as it was 5-6years ago. Sometimes, one does feel that those running the business are squeezing as much as they can out of it as possible, before the whole industry disappears, rather than develop and innovate.

Perhaps new services, and new fetishes can be accommodated.. and inject some lusty lustre of GL; cosplay, Dom, in the light of all the fear of virus, even the simple set up of a Perspex glory hole... where it’s a quick in out without the girl having to be exposed to the client.. I’m sure there are many other cost effective ideas that can be easily implemented.

With the extension of CB and the continued closure of non-essential businesses (which GL fall under), I believe many WLs will make special request to cut card, sinking legal GL to an abyss before attempting to recover. I believe it can make a comeback ... and eventually become better. Man's lustful hunger is always there, and partly regional unemployment and poverty may still force a number of them into this trade, be they from PRC, Vietnam or Thailand. :)

Since the start of the many FL websites that suck up the majority of the GL customers like a vacuum cleaner, GL OKTs are still sleeping.
The situation change from bad to worse thru the years.
More and more GL shop closures and more and more websites sprung up.

The Wolf website has since changed its address many times but it will always survive driven by the high demand from disgruntled GL customers.
The GL pie has been shrinking in the past few years and then there is this C19 now to deal a final blow to it.

Normally when it comes to compound fine offences, the police would not bother to release particular details to the press. However in this case, the police have released the age group range of the defendants. Today's ST even made specific reference to the 85 year old defendant, probably because he was the oldest and most at risk health wise re covid-19(btw there is another very interesting article in today's ST which I shall refer to in my next post;)).

Big picture, it is clear that the police had documented the personal identity particulars of all 19 unlucky punters caught breaching the CB measures while in the company of the FLs during their coordinated raids(to put it mildly:D).

Accordingly what prevents the police from releasing the full personal identity particulars of these defendants to the press? Zaobao and Wanbao would have a field day! Ironically I think these 19 unlucky punters were actually very lucky that the police appeared to take a soft approach this time probably because this was the first police FLs raid during the CB period.

That said, the police still have these 19 unlucky punters full ID details on record linking them with FLs.

Moving on to the next FLs raids during the CB period, do you think the police are going to be so nice to punters caught breaching the CB measures in the company of FLs? I wonder? As for any really unlucky repeat offenders, what do you think is going to happen to them?

As they had left their residences for non-essential activities, they were each fined S$300 for breaching safe distancing measures, SPF said.

SPF said that it will continue to take "tough enforcement action against criminal activities, including during the Covid-19 circuit breaker period", and advised members of the public to "take the circuit breaker measures seriously".

Vice activities increasingly conducted in residential estates
The statement from SPF said that vice activities are "increasingly being conducted in residential estates".

This trend has been facilitated by online platforms where vice-related services can be advertised.

SPF said that vice activities in residential areas has caused "significant disamenities to residents", and has compromised their "sense of safety and security".

Members of the public encouraged to report suspected vice activities
SPF also said that members of the public should report any suspected vice activities, and that all information received will be kept strictly confidential.

This can be done via the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000 or online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness.

Penalties for property owners, tenants
SPF also warned of penalties for property owners and tenants who allow their premises to be used for vice-related activities.

Property owners, including HDB flat owners, must ensure that such activities do not take place, and should "exercise vigilance and look out for suspicious or dubious tenants".

Those who knowingly allow their premises to be used for vice-related activities are liable to be prosecuted under the Women’s Charter, SPF said.

If convicted, they face fines up to S$3,000, imprisonment for up to three years, or both, with harsher penalties for repeat offenders.

Penalties for agents or pimps
As for those who are found acting as agents or pimps for vice activities, SPF said that they could be fined up to S$10,000 and imprisoned for up to five years.

FG had actually evolved from a fake FR writer into a big bully and a well-known tok big useless driver of many rental cars now. Details of his cars can be shared in PM but not here. You can spot him or his car easily in GL. He goes there every other day. Now CB so have to wait la.

This incident involved some WLs and they complain to their OKTs and oh oh, by the way, almost every WLs have his wechat and photo in their HPs many years ago. This incident will be mentioned in details in my soon to be released book titled "The memoirs of Chen Fei aka Fei Ge"".

Next time when you meet your WL, just ask her do you have FG's wechat and she will know you are also a fan of FG and you would like to see his photo and get an autograph from FG.

That's why he must first make himself popular and be the biggest and most popular FR writer in this forum to instill fear in the WL. I felt compelled to say something now, because I am saddened by the state of things here. The GL dome used to be a place with many FRs and useful knowledge sharing. Today it's like a junk market place filled with meaningless arguments. And one of the biggest culprit is 123hu/JuicyG/gogeylang troll.

I feel that this 123hu is deliberately trying to drive away people who post truthful FRs. He has a vested interest in certain Cat150 houses and shamelessly promote gals from these houses.

I received so many PMs from other members telling me to ignore this 123hu/JuicyG/gogeylang as he is a well-known cyber-bully and OKT in disguise. His other clones have been banned and I hope to see this 123hu dead and buried too.

Agree with you, there had been too many verbal fights in the forum. Personally I would prefer to have peace but I think all these are just in the discussion threads let them go on. I guess if there is really such a character using FR to threaten to get raw it’s too much. (I have heard this a few times in the past)
