China under Mao inherited a poor and devasted epidemic situation like today....
China was plagued with unkown viruses that killed 60 million people under Mao leadership.
Hunger and diseases spread viruses and cross contaminated Chinese places and virus killed the Chinese.
No sane leader wld kill own people where each person counts in wartime and can kill one enemy each...
