Look at it this way, these are less educated FW with little to no english. In PRC their grades in sec level cannot make it to high school so get shunted to learn a trade. If never come here they will be working in manufacturing industry like foxconn, stay in dorm. Come SG as WP holder can only do sales, beauty shop, spa or coffeeshop stall. Based on salary of the other jobs, we can know that spa earns them at least a little bit more for less work.
