I think government should come out with compulsory wsq courses. Prostitutes must take n pass the courses than can work
Even after they pass the wsq courses, government will still send officials disguised as customers to test if the prostitutes got practice what they learn
If they never practise they will receive demerit points.
Once they accumulate too many demerit points, their work permit will be cancelled n they have to go back to their country
