s'tel block movie download ?

hi,
i m using S'tel Mio plan,
i m able to download anything, especially movie or mp3 files, but untill recently,
i m unable to download mp3 or movie files (.rmvb files),
same link i sent to my frens who is using starhub, they can download.
but i still can download software (.exe; .rar; .flv files) by using "save target as",
if use flashget/ xunlei can not.

i suspect sintel block my download,
i call them, they tested my download speed, ok and said there is no blocking to my service,
they said my be due to my firewall setting or antivirus problem,
i already disable the firewall and uninstall antivirus, it still same.
also re-install my Vista.

is any singtel users facing same problem like me ? please verify
if it is so, then i might consider switch to starhub.

You talking about downloading from SBF site or other sites ...

Hmm... there might be a few possibilties... since you say u are using a xunlei.. mayb is the config of the prog is not set properly? are u running on proxy or? I think it's better for you to visit those IT forum to seek help from them as they know this type of stuffs better =)
