PMD have a critical function for real Social Mobility in Singapore.
Social: people learn to share paths and discard their money face, anti-social mentality that pay road tax means right to speed and drive dangerously on roads. The low weight of PMD/ bicycles means that their carbon output is exceptionally low and thus do not damage the environment as much as buses/ motor vehicles. More car park spaces can also be repurposed as community spaces like parks, gardens and other recreation areas...
