An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Got insurance means if banged people injured or car damaged can claim. Up lorry can claim.
Got plate number means can get taken picture / video of offense pay $$FINE$$.
Actually must have a license system with demerit points that can be BAN / disqualified to get rid of rouge ridders...
