I believe that nowadays, most couples do not work hard enough to keep their marriage alive. They give up too easily and sometimes in a fit of anger when they say and do things that may test the relationship.

That I believe is why the rate of separations and divorces are so high.

Accepting that he will stray and keeping one eye closed is only a temporary measure. Eventually you may not be able to take it anymore and worst may happen.
