Trying my luck to look for this person driving Black Toyota SCU1900A or SGU 1900A

Anybody has the above info, kindly PM. Would appreciate your help. Driver is a male, well masculine built, don't look chinese, look mix eurasian, high chance is a scoot pilot driving Black toyota like harrier, SCU 1900A or SGU 1900A, can't see clearly its a C or G.
