SINGAPORE - Minister of State for Manpower Teo Ser Luck has requested to step down from public office to return to the private sector, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement today (April 27). In a Facebook post, the 48-year-old said the decision was partly to spend time with his family.
