This lady has been taking exhibitionist photos around Singapore at night. I wonder if she is crazy or drunk. She recently lifted her skirt and posed for a photo late at night outside her car at an expressway in Singapore.

Can this lady be finally caught and charged for indecent exposure? If she really has psychological problems, she can be sent to IMH for treatment.
She want to be exhibitionist, can take herself and her fetish to other countries like USA instead. Why must do it in Singapore?
