You are missing the point.

The point is that in this 'industry', when we reject a FL, we normally have to pay them for transport or time & the amount can come up to $50.00, even if we reject a FL we do not like & for valid reasons too. Don't ask me if I come up with the system, I did not.

In this case, she wants to reject customers.
Sure, she can reject customers. This is not rape. No one is forcing her to have sex with someone she does not want.

But what about the Samster who goes all the way there to get rejected? No compensation for him? Why is it the FL can get compensation if she gets rejected for whatever reason, but the customer cannot?

After all, this is our OKT idol we are talking about. The hero who sets new standards & constantly re-invents himself & takes great risks to service us. Since he wants to have FLs who can hide behind the door & reject the customers, it is only fair that the customer is compensated if he gets rejected for whatever reason.

Why shouldn't all Samsters be appraised of their 'rights' or 'market practise'?

As for the right in choosing FL, since we are the ones paying, we can choose. If this is a ONS, both parties can choose.

If we samsters, focus in both of your points. We know that as customers, we might be able to suggest a compensation to the OKTs if its the FL who is the one who is uncomfortable. While the other point is, we can decide not to take up the deal at all to avoid a possible Heartache.

It can't be helped if our OKT idol is being 'targetted' since he is the one who comes up with such innovative methods. Further, I don't think being given a pregnant FL or FL with STD is flippant. Neither do I think its flippant for a FL to be influenced to provide free sexual services to the OKT in exchange for more bookings.

As for making up rules, innovative problems demands innovative solutions. Just because it has not been done or heard of before, does not mean it cannot be done. I have never heard of companies offering free replacement handphones for use when the customer's handphones are damaged. But that does not mean it should not be done especially when the handphone is damaged due to no fault of our own & a handphone is essential to many people now.

In this case, we have to compensate the FL for her time & loss of business. Why must we do that? This is to prevent pranksters from wasting the OKT's & FL's time by calling the FL down but rejecting her for fun.

So in our case, is our time not important? Are we not paying them money for their services? What if this whole thing is a joke & waste of time? What if the FL got some secret agenda peeping at us behind the door. You want to appear in youtube.com as a 'chicken-customer'?
