bro, you are half right. Its says virus and you cant really close the pop up, but its a link to ask you to scan computer so you will download the virus scanner.
Not sure if there is really a virus, because some of the links I download and I scan my computer is fine but you can call it malware? or advertising?
If you disable popups via chrome you cant download the links. So the objective is for you to click the link.

Again not sure if there is a real virus, definitely its trying to get you to click the advertisers.
