Turns out to be cleaner than an infamously clean chain i go regularly.

When massaging near your jewels, the regular clean joint I go to will use sweeping motion to quickly "clear the area".
End up, not much actual massage near the area but a lot of accidental brushes.

In comparison, the Bukit Timah joint massage that area very consciously and cautiously.
End up, you actually get proper massage nearer to the joint, but no accidental brushes.

Note though that this is based on experience of 1 visit.
