Customer always first. I ever went to one of the HCs & encountered 1 of the customers at the counter complaining about the the massage gal not giving enough good massage.

The customer was later offered another gal with no question asked.

First, May I ask why started this thread? To warn us about this HC and girl? If so, you should have stated the information. Otherwise, it really serves no purpose.
