Poor little Benjamin died at 14yo after coming back from police station. His life is worst and cheaper than dogs called Panda Chow Chow.

Nobody care about Benjamin welfare. Even AVA does not care about Benjamin welfare.
In Sinkieland, dog has better life than sinkies.
SINGAPORE - The Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) has said that it is looking into the case of three chow chows which were dyed to look like pandas.
"AVA is looking into the case to ensure that animal welfare is not compromised," the government agency told The Straits Times.
Who will ensure that Benjamin welfare and justice is not compromised?
