ALDI Anco
A private label brand of fabric softener from ALDI, Anco beat its supermarket rivals and six others to top the table for this category in September 2015.
It earned five-star ratings across the board, for packaging, size, softness of clothes, value for money and overall satisfaction.


ALDImobile
ALDImobile is a mobile network virtual operator (MVNO) owned by the supermarket chain. Its coverage is provided by the Telstra network, but in June 2015 it beat that telco giant and four others to top our ratings for prepaid service providers.
It secured a clean sweep of five-star ratings, for accessibility, customer service, network coverage, billing, value for money and overall satisfaction.

Blast Ultra Plus
A dishwashing liquid brand from Natures Organics, Blast Ultra Plus was the highest rated in this category in January 2015.
It scored five-star reviews for smell, effectiveness and overall satisfaction.
Blooms the Chemist
In July 2015, Blooms the Chemist beat no less than 10 other pharmacies to top the table in this hugely competitive category.
It achieved five-star ratings for pharmacist availability, advice provided, customer service, range of products and overall satisfaction.

Bose
Bose was the highest rated brand of headphones in October 2015, beating five other household names, it earned five-star reviews for comfort, sound quality, audio enhancements, weight, design and overall satisfaction.
Dick Smith
Not to be confused with the electronics retailer, Dick Smith Foods-branded jam took the price in September’s ratings.
It scored five-star ratings for packaging appeal, taste and overall satisfaction.

Miele
A premium brand in household appliances, Miele achieved the coveted award for front loader washing machines in March 2015.
Beating six other leading manufacturers, it recorded five-star ratings for quietness, ease of use, warranty & service, design, reliability, performance, value for money and overall satisfaction.


Obela
Obela was the highest rated brand of food dips in October 2015.
It beat 10 other brands with five-star reviews for consistency, variety & range, taste and overall satisfaction.

Teachers Mutual Bank
In April 2015, the award for challenger banks went to Teachers Mutual.
It topped a table of 13 competitors with five-star results for call centre service, internet banking, problem handling, product range and overall satisfaction.


Westnet
Westnet was the pick of the bunch in our broadband ratings from March 2015.
It led a field of eight service providers with five-star ratings in every area, technical support, service reliability, connection speed, billing, value for money and overall satisfaction.
