If found guilty of trafficking over 15g of heroin, the suspects will face the mandatory death penalty.
The 3 couples (ie. 6 Singaporeans, 3 men + 3 women, aged between 20+ to 30+) had 350g of heroin, 450g of heroin and 900g of heroin respectively.
