Stomper Suzanah saw an old man rubbing his private parts on board a double decker bus in July.
She recounted what happened in an email to Stomp:
"The old man boarded the bus early in the morning at about 6am.
"I went to the upper deck and sat on a seat on the left row.
"The man sat one row in front of me at the right row.
"As usual I was using my phone.
"After about 10 or 15 minutes i felt like someone was watching me.
"I looked up and saw the man rubbing his private parts.
"With my mobile phone in hand, I took a video of him.
"After that i immediately went to the bus driver."
Suzanah also mentioned that the old man has since been arrested.
