Declining standards of Cat150 OKTs

I have been to a few houses recently and the OKTs seemed to strong-arm me into getting one of their house gals. It's seem like they are rather reluctant to call gals from the other houses, unless you have a specific person in mind.

And whilst i was waiting for my gal to arrive, i noticed the OKTs displaying the same patronizing attitude to other customers too. I saw one OKT literally raising his voice and hinting for a customer to leave the house simply because the customer politely decline 2 of the gals that were called to this house. For this incident, both of the gals were actually quite average IMO and i thought i would also reject if i was the customer.

I noticed this change in attitude seemed to coincide with the influx of PRC gals entering the Cat150 market. Remembered that back during the days where the Cat150 houses were mostly M'sian gals, most seemed rather accommodating and calling gals from the other houses does not seem a issue.

Unfortunately 2 of the regular houses which i used to patronize for M'sian wls have since closed down. The recent OKTs which i encountered are very arrogant & weird.

I actually got zapped for bringing up an issue. Not surprising since i noticed the forum have a large number of grossly exaggerated FRs which seems suspiciously like an advertorial for certain gals & houses, rather than a descriptive field report.

Still, I stand by posting only what I've seen with my own eyes - be it positive or negative experience.

I agree with you that the 2831A OKTs, Gwee & Willy are friendly & polite. :)
They also speak good English and 70% of customers visit them for outside gals.
If you prefer to call WLs from all over GL, you should go to 2831A.
I only go to the other houses if I want to call their house gals.
For me, 2831A is the place for calling outside gals. :p

Ya i did noticed that Cat150 is one of the rare thing in SG which didn't follow inflation rates!
The first time i went during the M'sian ladies era (around 15 yrs ago), it was $150.
Today it's still $150.
But everything else has gone up... last time chicken rice $2, now foodcourt sell up to $7 per serving

Bro, the breakdown is as follows:

Customer pays $150.

WL gets $80 and her OKT gets $40 regardless of where the WL serve the customer.
The remaining $30 goes to the house that provides the room.

If you call the WL from the same house, her OKT gets the $40 and also the $30 for the room.
So he earns $70 in total.

If you call outside gal, your OKT only earns your $30 for the room.
The other $120 goes to the outside gal and her OKT.

So maybe they are not interested to earn your $30 lor. :D
Some OKTs are very short-sighted.
Unless you frequent his house, otherwise he is not interested to earn your $30.

If you reject a few outside gals, then they tulan liao. :)

Thanks bro joker for the info. Yeah 2831A OKT is great. Last Saturday I went down to try An Qi Er, he told me there were 4 bros queueing for her :eek: It was only 1pm! He had five inhouse girls waiting around but he didn't force me to take them, he also offered to intro me girls from other houses. Yes. Malaysian WL take $100 and her OKT take $20. Room is $30.

Oh yes, Malaysian WLs take a bigger share of $100 and provide 45 minutes of sexification service. Although PRC WLs are supposed to give 60 minutes of service, some of them offer only 45 to 50 minutes of service. PRC gals receive $72, $75 or $80 out of the $150 we pay to OKT.

Anyway to put in a good word for okt David whom ts seemed to be picking on ... last year when I broke my right wrist for 3 months, he served me politely despite my disability and picky nature (ask for different girls all the time).

HOW BAD ARE GL OKTS?

I was very pissed to see that ppl get zapped for criticizing GL OKT because GL OKT are one of the most unprofessional in the world and definitely deserved to be fucked. I'm not talking about personality because there are indeed a few OKT that are ok ppl. I'm talking about job ability and professionalism. GL OKT are super unprofessional and incompetent. Most of them seem stuck in time. From the way the OKTs dress to the the decor of their shop to the way they present their WL, it's like shit. There is no other way to put it.

Not many bros realise that our OKTs are really damn bad. Our GL 150 is generally equal to the standard of defunct Dongguan street shops. GL OKT standard is equally to the shit standard fuckshop of a 3rd world country. Scary. In those Dongguan street shops, the OKT is rude, pushy, in jeans and their girls just slouch on the couch, play hand phone and sleep. Sounds familiar?

Firstly, in all the countries - Thailand, China Sauna, Philippine, angmo country - all the OKT wear a shirt and pants. Angmo country customer got dress code. GL OKT is knn wear slippers. Willie can be considered to be Best Dressed OKT in GL. At least he wears shirt and pants. LOL

Next, overseas, the OKT will take you to see the WL and ask the WL to come in front of you and greet. Or, they will escort to you a viewing room, you see through the glass. The OKT is polite and make sure the WL have some contact with you. In GL 150, when you walk into a house, all the WL just sit there and play hand phone. Don't even talk about standing up. They purposely don't want to face you, sit like going to die, look away and best, sleep! Compare this shit to the sauna girls in Thai or China. In China, the sauna girls wear uniform wan, standard tight and short skirt, see already song. GL WL don't know what the fuck they are wearing sometimes. Some OKT are so fucked up, they don't even show you where the girls are or say anything. Just stare at you like want to fight.

Third point is the most important. Customer service is like shit, ok loh. AS LONG AS the SUPPLY is GOOD. Look at the supply nowadays. GL OKT got no connections. They just cross their fingers and take almost whatever the agent offer. Now on this point, I don't blame the OKT entirely because GL is not the first choice for WL and also most of the hardcore flesh trade requires underworld connections. But still, the GL OKT network is like shit. Unlike a China sauna where they have a endless stream of WL. Even in SG, if you chiong Thai pub, the bigger pubs also have a steady stream of girls who are chio. Some even model-like. The bosses are able to attract agents and girls to work for them. But not the GL OKT. Stock is getting from bad to worse. Service is almost non-existent.

I went to check out Eagles new place and wanted to laugh when I entered the room. The place renovate until so nice but wah lau eh, he bring his old bed frame and old bed sheet over, totally spoil everything. LOL Pls la, buy some white bed sheets.

GL OKT really got no standard - from their lack of professionalism to the quality of their WLs. And to get zapped for saying something so obvious is really too much. They are operating at the same standard as those sleazy and cheap Dongguan street shops and definitely deserved to be whacked. That bros are getting zapped when the WL standards are so low nowadays is sickening. Just goes to show that this forum is swarmed with those with vested interests.

While I cannot comment on the other OKTs as I haven't been going round of late but I do admit Willie is quite svc orieinted and very observant. I went to his place once and as I am not a smoker, I ask if I could seat at his counter and he was very obliging about it even though at that point he didn't really know my reasons for doing so. After a while, he realized that i was uncomfortable with the smoke, immediately he offered to seat me amongst his gals. And I must admit I had a wonderful time viewing them and a few of them zg below:D

I am not going on their individual personality. I can meet them for drinks no issue. The problem is that the industry standard is very low. If the govt open up and issue license to bizman, most of them can go fuck spider already. They have been shaking leg for decades because no competition. Until now. The China pimps are showing their power with online offerings. Look at how they do biz. There is pic for you to see. Roughly, the FL $110 standard equal to GL150 standard. Svc both sides a hit and miss. But even if you say GL svc generally better, the FL is cheaper by $40. But do you know the FL side got as young as 18 sometimes, and if you willing to pay more, they got chio ones? And for those bros like to play love, FL can marry, unlike WL is sure cannot. GL the WL are not so young. GL only has one advantage: they located near to each other so convenient to walk from one house to another. But in all other aspects, the China pimps are giving them a run for their money. That's why GL now quiet. It really didn't take much for the China FL pimps to eat the GL OKT lunch. Bui kan sure will kena whack. Some bro mention the OKT work long hours. Aiyah, they want to keep all the money to themselves and don't want to hire counter staff, what is there to talk? These ppl are not making small money. That's why I have no sympathy for them. China pimps have fully moved in, and you can be sure their operations are only going to get bigger and more sophisticated. GL OKT still sleeping.

When I am free I will share my thoughts on where all this is heading. All I can say is that the GL OKTS have been stagnant for decades. Just like how the cunts like Shiokolicious haven't upgraded their online promotion scam. They still think they can bully bros in this forum by zapping them whenever they give honest feedback on the WL and OKTS.

Unless the OKT think all their customers sell veg at mkt or are senior citizens, it would do them some gd to start getting with the times and be in office wear. This would be a good start. Their refund policy also stinks. If WL come out pattern, customer still must pay, they just don't take room charge. All this is Sim Lim Sq mentality. If I open name, fair enough. They intro, they should absorb the loss and pay the WL. All this are just strongarm tactics that ensure they don't lose money and girl got issues, not their problem. I got prob wif FL, the pimp change girl for free. Look at the difference in svc. Where got such thing I still pay? GL OKT are really backward. All this nonsense has been going on for far too long coz no competition. Nothing personal.

All this can close 2 eyes if stock is good. Wanna buy iphone first, lan lan must queue overnight. No customer service. But even now also have pre-booking can deliver. If your stock is very average, better buck up the svc standards and bring it more in line with first world. Or get ready for annihilation.

Congratulations !! Doorman was very friendly (but why Indian ?). Customers busy talking/ "shaking hands (fondling) " with sexy OKTs. Highly recommended to my friends. Their only complain: Taxi drivers are lost !! ( Just wondering how much more you pay your OKTs .)
