An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
For voters, they are choosing between bearing the burden of an opposition ward and having a voice in parliament.
The burden has changed from not getting estate upgrading to how well the town council is being run. In 2015, the voters found the prospect of the burden too heavy.
