Indeed, long time ago before TN 'entered' HDB, a lot of 'activities' in shopping centres and CDB areas. Later of the raids and new enforcements, more TNs started to move in HDB with cheaper rate. As TN and HC offered more or less the same services, it has struck my mind that due to the lack of TNs around now that are able to provide these services, HC prices could rise.

Normally you could get a hj for 30 in olive hc in bukit timah plaza, now its 50.

I dont know if there is any substance for this, however it could be a strategic move for the HC to exploit this situation. At least until we find new alternatives :p
