I think most likely will affect joints they are going to renew their license and also those that are setting up new joints.. cos from what I heard over the news, it seems to check on newly set up joints..
As for existing joints, should still be ok.. but perhaps more raids will be conducted in the intial phase. Just be more careful i guess..

i guess some of the changes will happen...

- more PDMM will now work as FL to make up the income.... tat means the FL market is going to b more competitive....

- some PDMM will return to china

- more chances for bro out there wants to look to "bao" a PDMM.. i think if PDMM lost their job, they will have to look for some long term dependent...
