i just need an outlet to vent my frustrations. eversince i realised, i have PE, self confidence just dived. i think it made having sex even worse because most of the time i am worried about controlling it.. not very successful though.

If one is confident of getting AND maintaining an erection, then one can have much better control against PE. I think it's got something to do with us guys NOT being able to think of too many things when confronted by a nubile young body! Only one thing at a time! LOL.

Stop worrying about not performing, it just makes it worse, there are times I come real quick and times I manage to last quite long, but I cum nevertheless. A suggestion for consideration. I do it periodically as part of my not-so-regular penis enlargement stretching:

Do an exercise they call "kegel". You can google it up. It is meant to help build up the muscles that are involved in ejaculation. Good thing about kegeling is that you can do it anytime of the day.

I think it will help. At the very least, doing something is better than doing nothing.
