if u wanna pick up gals, can goto the TN place at teck chye terrace, the gals there are more than willing to do the massage and other things in the hotel. U can also pickup KTV gals at the KTV located at the basement of upper serangoon shopping centre.

Patrons to short-time hotels not necessary bring FLs. Once I park my car behind H81 Lavendar to talk on the handphone. In the next half hour, I saw different couples that exit the hotel.... and they look like people on adultery, ONS, fornicators, ...... and they are old couples (around 50+), professionals dressed in working attire, youngsters, etc.....

I think this place will thrive. I will bring my ex-secretary there for sure ....

I was shocked too while returning from Kovan. As this hotel is so prominent for people travelling towards city direction (not using the flyerover), you cant miss that. Its a 2 lane road and signboard is big.

As hotel 81 management must have study the potential in this area before doing such investment, i think this area has its potential. Immediately, I think of USSC, that few tui na opp and Lim Tua Tau TN. But then again, if all these gals do outcall...then what do their joint make?

KTV is not much over here. Even they have, they do not have those PRO type.
By the way, 15mins is needed from here to GL.

Maybe bring a date to Grape Vineyard and suggest to go Hotel 81 Kovan after getting high?

This new H81 quite near my place too. I was kinda surprised that they built it here, as this area is not known to be especially seedy....but maybe they had an idea that in the future, Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre will be eventually filled with tuinas and other sleazy joints!
