Good guess but stock market is from morning till evening. Even stock market in the USA is from 9-10pm till about 4am(singapore time). Also u need not come out with any money for this job whereby stock market, you need to have some capital. This job required you to work from 6pm till about 2 am. Some only work till about 12midnight

you work basically from 6pm till 2am. You can choose to off work at earlier time. 10pm, 11pm or any time you wish. You can even dun turn up for the day, the boss wont mind at all. So basically, you work any days you want, you off work any time you want.

you just need to bring a pen to take orders, you need not pay rental, you need not pay salary to cook, you need not pay anything at all. You will get 20% commission from your sales.

in between the job, you still can sit around, chat with your friends or other touts and even drink as many beers as you like....of course beers are on your own or your friends buy for you.

Normal touts can records sales of easily more than a $1 k a day. Even some dun need to tout as they have a bunch of regular customer. Thus their comms easily more than 200 a day.

why I call some of them normal touts is because the touts there are categorized into three kinds. The normal touts, the piranhas touts, the the great white touts.

the normal touts ....basically you will be able to enjoy your meal, need not sweat it out when the bills come cause you are only slightly over-charge at most.

the piranhas touts....they will over-charge you by the weigh of your seafood....especially when you buy the crabs and the jumbo tiger prawns....u may consider yourself lucky if you meet just the piranhas.

they have very sharp eyes as they zoom in for foreigners from all the entrances. They will zero in when they spotted a group of tourists. They fancied the Japanese, the ang mohs, the Chinese from mainland.

then they will try to sell them big items like the crabs, jumbo tiger prawns lobsters...

if the tourists order the for example tiger prawns, if the tourists dun ask for the weigh, then they will be at the mercy of the great whites.they charge them at any price later. Even if the more cautious tourists, they will show them the scale. The scale are set at +100 grams. But they will hide the scale by always holding the pan so that the scale will not show the additional 100 grams. And they will show each prawn weight by weighing each prawn separately thus overcharging each prawn by a 100 grams.
Tiger prawns are priced at $8 per 100 grams.

the second trick that they make money is that when you order a large plate, they will give you a medium plate but charge you a lagre plate portion.
they will just tell the stall to cook a small plate but give extra a bit...that way they will make about $5-8 from the plate.

so for example a group of 4 tourist orders 4 tiger prawns, their cost from the stall is $64 as each prawn is about 200g..800gramx8 is $64

they will charge the tourists at 300g per prawn which is $96

1 crab at $50 but at $55 as crab is 100g for $5

1 portion vegetables at $12 but stall at $8 plate
1 plate fried rice at 10 but stall price at $6
So for just a simple table of four, the actual cost for the meal is 64+50+8+6=128
Tourist paid 96+55+12+10=173
They make from the tourists 173-128=45
They make from the stall 128×20%=25.6

Thus from a table of four, they will be able to make 45+25.6=$ 70.6

1 had once saw a group of 22 japanese billed at $3200.
Touts commission about $640. Plus those 2 tricks, they can make more than $1k for that group of Japanese.
