this may not be bullet proof strategy but worth trying to give your adversary to pass the same treatments he gave to you.

1. buay jiak buay koon - cant eat and cant sleep well,

2. can start worry every day he can be sued by the defendant for defamation under Sec 27 & 28 of Defamation Act 1974.

3. kek sim - heart ache make him uneasy that affect his work and social life thinking of his regret and ghost of his past is haunting him.

A. Get your lawyer to write a letter to the plaintiff citing under Sec 27 and 28 of Defamation Act 1974 that the defendant can sue him if his police report statements contained one of these - frivolous, vexatious, vendetta or vindictive motives in it, if police wish NOT to take action on one or more of his statements made. Each statement made is counted as one complaint.

B. If Police wish NOT to take action (drop) on one or more statements in the report, it means the Police has investigated each statement thoroughly for grounds of the 4 conditions applied.

Police can be sued too if they failed to investigate each statements thoroughly for conditions of the above. Police DPP cannot get pass the judge and will be advise to drop the statement that contained one of the above conditions, anyway.

We must think how the police tan jia (work) to keep their 'own food on the table' and is NOT PAP or LKY job to put 'food on the table' for his family or himself.

PAP and LKY duty as MPs is to create jobs and you have to apply for it. NO free lunch.

buay jiak buay koon leh!
