hmmm vday is like christmas. Over-commercialised and puts the stress on the guy (or the woman) to spend on overpriced items for their partner to feel loved.

Some people require their partner to be exorbitant on v day in order to feel loved, forgetting that the rest of the days of the year, the partner actually treats them super well, end up having to fight cos no action on vday.

I for one refuse to celebrate vday, though I do make the concession of early/late celebrations, any excuse for a date, so to speak.

Luckily my gf is understanding and also don't buy into the hype. I'm lucky to have her and love her lots. ANyway, happy valentine's day for those who are celebrating :p
