A MediaCorp actor on the verge of 40 is seeing a 20-year old NTU undergrad and part-time model who makes no secret of the fact that they are dating and is happy to talk to anyone who asks. Around 2 months back saw Terrace Cao at Devil's Bar with his friends and a very chio gal...don't seem to be the gal in the photos that you bros have shared, so I guessed its another cherry picking of his. Dunno why, cannot tahan his attitude at the club...very showy....so my siao friend took out his driver's license and wave it in front of him in the air and laugh before walking away....
