An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Legend:

Sinkie = Singaporean worker
Dog = PAP Elite eg Admin Service Officer or PAP politician

In 1970s -
Sinkie gets 10% employer CPF Contribution
Dog on pension scheme, gets 0% CPF employer contribution

In early 1980s-
Sinkie gets 15% employer CPF contribution
Dog on pension scheme gets 5% employer CPF contribution

In late 1980s
Sinkie gets 25% employer CPF contribution
Dog on pension scheme gets 15% employer CPF contribution

In 1990
Sinkie gets 25% employer CPF contribution but capped at $1200 per month
Dog on pension scheme gets 15% employer CPF contribution, also capped $1200.
This effectively advantaged dogs (especially high ranked Admin Service officers and PAP Ministers who are on high pay scale because they get same CPF contribution of $1.2k per month and yet have their pension.

Did pap manipulate CPF to benefit its dogs? You be the judge!
