An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
she is CEO of Human Capital Singapore aka HCS, former president of SHRI
She is an enemy of those who are aged but wish to work. She insisted that these oldies must re-start at the bottom ie at par or below entry level compensation n benefits. For a HR person to puke such moronic statement is not excusable!She does not understand the concept that last drawn pay of a senior PME is experience/qualification component AND accumulated seniority component. Even if the latter is zeo, shud not the former counts a bit for a junked ship is worth 3 quarter tonnes of nail!!
What has she done as MP? What has she done as president of SHRI?? Why was she dumped and unseated by Erman the new Pres of SHRI???
She is the true face of PAPigs. HCS has a director from 2ei which gives biz/contracts to HCS ... is this proper????????????????????
