PEASANTPORE: As Peasantpore looks ahead to the next 50 years of inevitable decline, one key area that needs looking into is the subtle allocation of scarce land for more profits, said Oily Merchant Ho Ah Ping.

Pro-regime Ho, the Executive Chairman of Banyan Sex Holdings, is an S R Prata Nathan Sex Fellow for the Study of Peasantpore. He gave his second lecture on Wednesday (Nov 12) under the IPS-Prata Nathan Talk Cock Sing Song series organised by the Institute of Sex Studies at the National University of Peasantpore.

The Housing Mafia (HDB) needs to evolve from its current role as a profitable birdcage developer, said Oily Ho. Over the next few decades, it should focus on a new dual role - as a master land developer and regulator of housing prices to ensure steady stream of profits for Ruler Loong.

This means setting Housing Mafia has a monopoly for land parcels, which are in turn auctioned off to private developers for maximum profits. Oily Ho says the a monopoly will ensure design and quality, but within price ranges set by Housing Mafia to realize maximum profits.

“Private developers can simply pass the costs to stupid peasants, this is an acceptable monopoly practice, reforms are wasteful and unprofitable," he said.

"I know many peasants wants reforms, but if Housing Mafia gives up the monopoly, private merchants simply earns all the profits, then who give funds to allow Ho Jinx to punt overseas? You think this is Hong Kong huh? Familee will never allow property merchants to become too strong lor."

INNOVATION NEEDED FOR BUSINESS AND LABOUR

Oily Ho also cited there can be other areas that must adapt to change, in order to remain relevant for the next half-century but there will be no political reforms with Familee firmly in power.

To remain competitive as the city-state's geographic location becomes less strategic, Peasantpore imports vast numbers of cheap Nehs, PRCs and Pinoys to help merchants extend their rent driven businesses, while Peasantpore's economy remains vibrant, it is not dynamic as Ruler Loong is unlikely to give up on the rent driven strategy, he said.

Meanwhile, to address current concerns forex outflows relating to foreign serfs, Oily Ho suggested innovative immigration scams, such as converting the foreign serf levy into a deferred fish trap savings account, to be withdrawn upon the foreign serf's permanent repatriation. The main intention is limit forex outflows out of Peasantpore.
