另一“森林黑店”被高庭发出永久禁制令
据悉，原本的Cyber Maestro 虽已由VS ONE LLP接管，但老板相信仍是同一个人。该店近来也有顾客向警方报案求助。（程友明摄）
森林商业中心“黑店”风波不断，新加坡旅游局首次援引保护消费者公平交易法令，向高庭申请永久 禁制令获准， 禁止屡劝不听的一家“黑店”进行不公平交易方式。
另一家在近两星期内涉及数起行销手法不当案件的手机店Mobile Air，昨天再次发生类似交易手法的纠纷。
接二连三的商业纠纷也严重影响森林商业中心的名声，管理理事会昨天更向媒体发出公开求助信，希 望任何一个执 法单位能前来协助解决森林商业中心内的黑店问题。
