An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

any of you already shifted flat due enbloc?
Before you handover old flat to HDB, must you make any repairs, e.g. replace missing bathroom tiles, patch up
holes in wall due to nails etc?
pls help in this matter.
