An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
CPF issue had been the oldest classical political issue in SG.
Used by Francis Seow and Tang Liang Hong before they fled SG.
Used by JBJ since Anson Rallies.
Used by Chiam when he was still young healthy and strong.
Used by CSJ LTK and EVERY oppo WP SDP NSP RP etc etc even PAP's NCMP also.
Not exception in the ENTIRE PAST.
Who dropped the ball? Is is Roy? Not entirely. Now LHL have upper hand and an excellent escape path for EVERY political issue in the future using the same method. (I will explain)
Now since Roy, (with excpetion of useless KJ) no oppo party want to come out and join the fight of CPF issue so much. LHL got a chance to reverse his way out on a very losing issue the CPF. Now all the oppo politicians take the shadow of Roy failure into consideration when they think about using the CPF issue.
In the future, facing with ANY seriously threatening political issues, either MSK or NS or Public Transportation or FT or Over-Population etc etc. LHL have got a useful escape and reversing route out of it. Simply this is how:
Search out among the weaker and more independent bloggers to pin point a weak vunerable target such as Roy, there are thousands out there and increasing in number. Find one alike Roy who is scared and will appologize and retrack his / her stattements, in which a popullar concerned issue like CPF is weakly and flawed in strategy or tactic, poorly presented by the weak inexperience blogger or activist. Who has no relation with any strong political party or fighter backing. This is the ACTUAL ORIGINAL TRUE PROFILE of Roy.
Sue him, threten him, force him to back down and issue public appology, and force him to retract statement. Roy is completely weak even until right now in he angle of attacking LHL saying he is CORRUPT in the CPF issue. This is something beyond Roy and he is incapable of pulling this attack. It CAN BE DONE, but NOT by HIM. His ablity to do so is 20 folds below the required mark to do so. He just don't know how to do it and he RUINED this. He gave LHL a complete upper hand. Now no opposition parties will want to repair and redo the same attack. If they did so, it would become a wrong signal of supporting Roy, which the oppo politicians does not want to be mistaken for this. As a result they stayed off the entire CPF issue since Roy.
The sympathiers or subsequent so call support can not help Roy, he is still going to be hangged.
The more than 30 years old classical political issue of CPF is reversed in strategic position from now on.
No wander e.g. Nicole Seah will criticzie Roy. She is just frank and naive and not avoiding what the other oppositon people are all avoiding.
Selfish greedy attention seeker IMH Ravi is profiteering from pulic donations to Roy as his LEGAL FEES and EXPENSES. Helpless glueless Roy could only depend on this crazy nut and no one else.
In the future, in any issue. LHL will easily find another Roy to use as punching bag and mechnism to reverse himself out of is very disadvantaged situation. using a very weak incapble and inexperience opponent. This way all the more capable opponents will drop of this issue and stay off it. There are TOO MANY such persons LHL can pick who are not experienced not organized not strong.
How did LHL gain from this tactic?
He drew all the silly public supporters decications and funds and resources towards a useless weak opponent, he drew the public attention away from his stronger opponents. He picked the stage and put only little useless Roy boy on the stage of CPF issue to win the political fighting. Now all the other opponents including LTK CSJ etc etc are far away from this stage and CPF issue. Now the public dissassociated the CPF issue from all the other politicians who had fought over CPF issue for decades, as they only associated the CPF issue with the loser Roy.
LHL is very successful and lucky from now on.
