When I went, my ML arrived almost 40 min late, and I'm pretty sure I was the first bloke of the day, for her.

She apologised and told me she ended her shift very late yesterday.

I think what the spa should do is actually either 1) inform the girls if they have a booking when they start, or 2) inform us of what time the girls are expected to arrive.

I was in the room for close to 40 min, waiting and waiting. Don't know if the service drops when they see you have lots of $ left in your package, and only improves when the amount left is low. The recep (don't know her name) told me they do get commission form getting customers to sign up.

On the other hand, my regular seems to look pretty haggard, I think they work really long hours, and as the boss keeps recruiting, they must feel the heat of competition, so they work as long as they can.
