Moderate, painful to the skin, like sunburn
but self healing very fast, after 2days

It is good cheap thrill fun when u go to the beach, lie down with back facing the Sun, ask someone to sprinkler sand on your back and using a rock to rub, solve back issue and getting sun tanning at the same time.

It is painful of cos. 磨砂should be better, esp shiok when it rub the butt area. Tried both.

Use a mountain goat horn scraper is good,
dont use synthetic one

Usd rhino horn, or mountain buffalo horn from china,
some medicinal effect,
its flat blade.
but ba guan is better,
look for the lau chio helen, at ppl park complex.
the china woman can do it very well.
