honestly, it is very difficult to judge them but if the relationship is long enough, you might try to pop out the best question..."want to apply for a flat" the xpression on their face will show a million pictures....

if her face glows....she wants to commit herself totally but if her face is shock and start pushing with tons of reasoning...then maybe you should try our the relationship longer....

I won't exactly use that (woman insisting on condoms) as a yard stick. She could well be more conservative and want to play but play safe. Its a safety precaution. Personally, I would want to use a condom even if I was serious about her, at least for the first few times. People tend to go into relationships earlier these days with dating periods, on the average, shorter. So, in this short span of time, how well do you know her? Prudence may prove to be a worthwhile investment.

Maybe you guys are still in the mist of checking each other out, give abit more time. my own personal experience in "testing" out is to probably make your feelings clear, dun go into "I love you, I wanna make you the mother of my kids" kinda talk.
