Goh Meng Seng for Prime Minister
A reader left a comment on Pundit's post on Nicole Seah, rubbishing her as a "naive" politician:
NS speech lacks depth and this has been magnified in her various speeches in forums after GE 2011 which she has admitted, she is a fraud without much depth in understanding various issues. Just compare the issues GMS has written in his blog and the things NS has put up on her FB, it is clear that GMS has much weight, depth and senses in his deliberation on various issues.
Never let it be said that the Pundit is unreceptive to feedback. To make a fair comparison, he took a look at Goh Meng Seng's blog. The latest post is a civilized and rational analysis of the CPF debate entitled "CPF: The Middle Finger We Need to Show PAP". It ended on a hopeful note:
We need to send a CLEAR and UNDISTORTED signal to Lee Hsien Loong Administration that we are pissed off by their constant raping of the CPF policy and we want our CPF BACK for our retirement, no delay, no excuse, no all sorts of limits...etc. So, please show them our strength by attending the CPF protest tomorrow. We need at least 5,000 attendance to be credible, 10,000 to put forward a strong message of Middle Finger to PAP. Don't miss it.
Goh has indicated, via Facebook, that he will be going to yet another anti-PAP showcase that will be hitting Hong Lim Park in July: an event calling for Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong to resign.

Since Goh Meng Seng feels that Lee Hsien Loong is doing such a lousy job and since he is brimming with ideas to run Singapore, he should be the PM. In a Westminister democracy. to be the Prime Minister, you must be an MP that commands the confidence of the majority of MPs from a political party elected by the people. Although critics may argue that it is ridiculous for someone who has never won a single parliamentary seat to demand the PM to resign, this is only because they do not understand what real democracy means. In a real democracy, protests, rather than General Elections, are the best way to decide who is fit to govern.
