SINGAPORE JOB FIELD SITUATION

The entire wage system is screw up by the mass import of foreign workers resulting in 2 undesired scenarios in the work field.
1) We can have non educated/O level/ITE/Poly diploma holders being categorise into a similar wage level group.(Within the 1.4k-1.8k group)
This is an indicator that the education system and the job market is screw up.
2) Uni graduates have difficulties getting jobs in local high end job market due to PAP signing of free trade treaties/wooing new convert citizens and they need to uphold their part of the bargain by letting the Indians/PRC/Pinoy/Malaysians have priority over these professional positions.
Office politics,power struggle/consolidation,cronyism and MNCs outright favouritism for their own kind further squeeze out the local talents.
As a result most Singapore uni graduates choose to leave Singapore for greener/fairer pasture resulting in a massive brain drain issue which impact heavily on the country long term social and economics developments.
All these is the doing of PAP members greed for self enrichment.
They conduct economic genocide on the country for their own sake.
This is treason.
