Yo! A very nice series but she looks kind of young. An accusation of child porn appearing on this site would spell it's downfall double quick. I know the asian chicks look younger than they actually are but this one appears borderline.
I have to operate under the laws of the USA where the site is hosted.
Do you have any way of verifying that she's of legal age? If you don't, I will be forced to remove the pix rather than risk it.:confused:

She told me that she is 21 but i did not verify. All the girls there look young. Fom my experience, she should be at least more than 21. But i have no verification. In this situation, its better to remove it. I dont wanna get into trouble too. A lesson learnt here. Next time i will take their Id and have a copy of it too. The girl in orange definitely looks over 18 so that series should be fine.
As for the first hottie, it's not her features that make her look underage, it's her breasts.. they look like they have only just emerged.

Just a question - when u run this wesite and when authority accuse of child pornography - are u required to prove or verify the age of each of them? Im wondering how is a judgement is made by you .. . and what legal responsibility should the people who upload the photos should have? Thks.

I'm supposed to prevent child porn from being posted. How exactly I am supposed to do that is not spelt out. I have no intention of finding out in a court of law. :D
The best course of action is to err on the side of caution. If the girl looks too young, it would be best not to post her pictures.

I'm no lawyer. I guess the burden of proof that the girl was underage would be a lot more difficult if the authorities could not even identify who the girl was.
In the case of this girl, it wouldn't make any difference if you masked her eyes as it is her breasts that got me suspicious, not her features.
I want to state outright that I am totally against Child porn and I don't want anything that remotely resembles underage sex posted here.

Not to create any issues or anything but merely wish to state that I have dated girls whose breast look like a 12 year olds' (not that I have seen one in the flesh :rolleyes: ) but they are already well into their 20s. So I don't suppose that would be a benchmark right? Just my own observation.
