Anyone bought this b4? I got it at watson yesterday morning. Eat 1 yesterday morning and 1 yesterday night. This morning woke up with a sore throat. Wonder is it too heaty?

Any bro can advise me?

The instruction say 2 pills twice a day. But i only take 1 pill twice a day and the next day i got a sore throat.
