just want to share my personal 'mental' learnings,
although these may be is > 5 years ago, still fresh in the memory.
I have tried to stop bonk for may be < 2 days, I have this very uneasy feelings and my mind is kept 'screwing' me...
e.g.
when I walked along the streets, it seems all girls are flirting me and I have lapses of 'hard-ons'.. hahhaa..
worst still, those sexy revealing babes, in my head, it is telling me they are naked and waving at me..

so since then, I know I can't stop 'loving it' (bonk), and never ever attempt to cut down my sexual addictions..
